When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, phone number, the recipient's name, phone number and delivery address, your chosen delivery date and time slot, and any card message or special instructions you write.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, by email or through our contact form, we keep the messages you send us so we can respond and keep a record of your order.

We also collect standard technical information through cookies and analytics tools (such as the Meta Pixel) — for example which pages you visit — so we can understand how the website is used and improve it.

3. How we use your information

We use your information only to prepare and deliver your order, to contact you about your order, to process payment, and to respond to your questions. With your permission we may also send you occasional offers.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

4. Who we share it with

Your delivery details are shared only with our own delivery riders so they can complete the delivery. Payment details for bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa are handled directly between you and your bank or wallet provider — we never see or store your card or account passwords.

We may share limited information with service providers who help us run the website (for example hosting and analytics), and only as much as they need to provide that service.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for our business and tax records. If you would like us to delete your personal information, message us at flowergalleriaofficial@gmail.com and we will remove anything we are not legally required to keep.
