What are the delivery charges?

Standard delivery during our working hours (11 AM – 10 PM) is Rs. 500. For deliveries requested outside these hours, a charge of Rs. 1,000 applies. Delivery charges are non-refundable once dispatched.

Why do some flowers arrive in bud form?

This is completely intentional. Flowers delivered in bud form open beautifully within 24 to 48 hours, giving you a longer-lasting, fresher arrangement to enjoy. It is one of the ways we ensure your flowers last as long as possible.

What if a flower in my order is unavailable?

In rare cases where a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with blooms of equal or higher value, always maintaining the same look, style, and colour palette. Your arrangement will be just as beautiful — guaranteed.

Can I add a greeting card to my order?

Absolutely. We offer a beautiful selection of greeting cards at just Rs. 50 per card. Select your preferred card on the product page and we will include your personal handwritten message with care.

How do I pay for my order?

We currently accept Direct Bank Transfer only. Once your order is placed, our bank details will be shown on the confirmation page and sent to you via email. Your order will be confirmed once payment is received and verified.

How long do I have to complete my bank transfer?

Please complete your bank transfer within 24 hours of placing your order. If payment is not received within this window, your preferred delivery slot may be released. You can also confirm your payment via WhatsApp to speed up the process.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted if requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery time. Orders cancelled within this window receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery are not eligible for a refund as preparation will have already begun.
